Custom Precision Aerospace CNC Machining Parts | 7075 Aluminum UAV Components & Prototyping
Our custom aerospace‑grade CNC machining service delivers high‑performance 7075 aluminum UAV & drone components for R&D prototyping and serial production.
Supported by advanced CNC milling equipment, we achieve tight tolerances down to ±0.01 mm for complex curved‑surface structures, meeting strict requirements
from aerospace, UAV, automotive, medical, consumer electronics industries. We accept STEP, IGES, DWG, PDF and other drawing formats to turn your design
drawings into real‑world machined parts。
We work with a full range of metals and engineering plastics to match your project requirements:
We provide comprehensive surface finishing services to enhance appearance, hardness and corrosion resistance: Sandblasting, natural & hard anodizing, powder spraying,
electroplating, polishing, drawing brushing, electrophoresis, knurling, heat treatment, silk‑screen printing, laser carving, CD texture, grinding.
Note: Please provide Pantone/CMYK‑RGB color codes, sandblast specification and printing position details for accurate finishing results. Our technical team canassist
you if you lack reference documents.
Send us your 2D / 3D drawings with quantity and special requirements. Goods can be shipped worldwide by DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, EMS. Contact us to get your custom quote.
CNC Milling
Our CNC milling process produces custom prototypes and end-use production parts in as fast as 1 day. We use 3-axis
milling and 4-axis indexed milling processes to manufacture parts from more than 30 engineering-grade plastics and
metals. With machined production parts, you can also get more competitive pricing at higher quantities in addition to
first article inspection reporting, material certifications, and additional finishing options like anodizing and chromate plating.
CNC Turning
Our CNC turning process produces custom prototypes and end-use production parts in as fast as 1 day. We use a CNC
lathe with live tooling so features like axial and radial holes, flats, grooves, and slots can be machined.
